Zhejiang：
◆Zhejiang province is located in the southeast
coastland of China, with a population of 56 million people (at the end of
2017), with ￥5.1768 trillion (2017) in gross domestic
product (GDP).
◆ Zhejiang
is the largest province of manufacturing
in China. There is a huge demand for robots. It’s the roughly 15 percent of the whole country 's
demand for industrial robots. The potential robot market is tremendous.
◆According to the list of “the top 500 Chinese private
enterprises” released by the ACFIC in 2018, Zhejiang accounted for 93 seats,
ranking first in the country for 20 consecutive years.
Introduction of Zhejiang
Robot Industry Association （ZRIA）：
◆ZRIA is initiated by 38 units from the
eleven regions of Zhejiang province.
◆It is registered by the department of Zhejiang
Civil Affairs Bureau and belongs to the robot automation industry management of
Zhejiang.
◆The membership now has reached more than 190
units
◆The member units are mainly enterprises
engaged in the research and development and production of robot and intelligent
equipment technology, universities and scientific research institutions,
application enterprises of robot and intelligent equipment, intermediary
service institutions and other units.
The Characteristic of ZRIA：
◆It covers 11 regions in Zhejiang province:
Hangzhou(A),
Ningbo(B),Wenzhou(C),Shaoxing(D),Huzhou(E),Jiaxing(F),Jinhua(G),Taizhou(J),Lishui(K),Zhoushan(L),Quzhou(H).
◆The Association is involved in the research,
development and production of most kinds of robot products. It is estimated
that the direct value of robot is over 2 billion and the related industry is
over 100 billion.
◆Members are engaged in the research, manufacturing and
service of intelligent robot equipment, covering the research, development and
sale of industrial robots, key components and systems integration services and
service robots.
International Communications
◆ZRIA communicates and cooperates with South Korea, the
United States, France, Israel, Germany, Czech ，Finland，Sweden and other countries on robots.
